Luma is an accessibility-first mobile application that enables users to search for products on Amazon, find flights, and book hotels. Luma provides a search and discovery interface — all purchases and bookings are completed through third-party services (Amazon, airline and hotel partners).

3. Affiliate Links

Luma contains affiliate links. When you make a purchase through these links, JoblsDone UG may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Product prices, availability, and shipping details are determined by the respective merchants.

4. No Warranty

Luma is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of product information, prices, flight details, or hotel availability displayed in the app. This information is sourced from third-party APIs and may change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

JoblsDone UG shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of Luma, including but not limited to incorrect product information, pricing errors, or issues with purchases made through third-party services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by German law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Luma name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by JoblsDone UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Product images, descriptions, and trademarks displayed within the app belong to their respective owners.
